1.Mainly responsible for on-site guidance and installation, hot and cold commissioning, equipment acceptance and customer training of large metallurgical equipment;
2. Responsible for problem agreement and resolution during on-site equipment installation and timely feedback problem information to relevant departments of the company;
3. Responsible for normal after-sales service work, mainly including customer return visits, customer spare parts replacement, and solving problems arising during customer operation;
1.Have strong learning ability and be familiar with metallurgical smelting equipment knowledge or electrical PLC control technology;
2. Have good customer communication skills, strong customer service awareness, and strong problem analysis and solving skills;
3. College degree or above;
4. Frequent business travel is acceptable;
